About me

I’m a designer tackling policy and resource constraints to help teams ship human-centered products.

Design is how I serve.

With 12 years of design experience, I’ve spent the last ten working in government and nonprofit settings. I’ve been on digital product teams for about five years. My focus is on making the complex services that people need feel simple, clear, and approachable.

My approach

I approach projects with a collaborative and visual working style that I’ve developed through years of using design thinking methods in organizations with many stakeholders, from engineering leads to community advocates and regulatory experts. I love designing diagrams and interactive workshops.

My expertise

My technical expertise in interaction design, accessibility, visual design, and qualitative research allows me to design experiences across multiple communication channels. I also have a knack for designing internal processes that center customer needs.

I’m ready for the next chapter.

I’m open to remote or Western North Carolina roles related to product design, service design, or customer experience. I’m especially interested in civic tech, education/training, healthcare, and other spaces that deliver critical services to the people who need them.
